Fulfillment

IBG Fulfillment Services was founded in May 2001 by wine industry, technology, and transportation veterans to solve the complex business problems associated with the interstate sale and distribution of wine. The company has developed proprietary fulfillment systems that enable fully compliant consumer-direct shipping in up to 45 states.  Orders are fulfilled from a fully automated, climate controlled, 150,000 square foot facility, with demonstrated pick/pack/ship accuracy of 99.9%.  In addition to winery direct capabilities, a fully enabled 3 Tier logistics model provides expanded market reach opportunities to wineries, importers, and retailers alike.

ECommerce

The REthink Engine™, our eCommerce platform, lies at the heart of our technology suite. It provides a means for accelerating online sales growth, realizing business potential, and is the single piece which ties all direct marketing efforts together.

Solutions for Wineries and Importers: IBG works with over 300 wineries in providing direct access to wine buyers (both consumers and the trade) via an eCommerce enabled storefront.  We help manage the total buying experience, from customer acquisition to club and relationship management via a platform which was built specifically to handle the many regulatory requirements of the wine industry: items such as age declaration, state restrictions, consumer-based volume limitations, and compliance reporting.

Solutions for Wholesalers: In today’s competitive environment, it is important for wine wholesalers to utilize innovative new sales channels. Our B2B platform extends the benefits of Inertia’s Direct-to-Trade model to the wholesale community, empowering distributors with proven eCommerce technology. Designed to meet the complex needs of wine wholesalers, the platform offers advanced functionality including Inertia’s patent-pending license verification system, tiered pricing, minimum order amounts, sample ordering, dynamic navigation, order management, and sophisticated reporting tools.

Marketplace

Our Marketplace Programs are designed to unite an ever-growing supply of wine brands, with demand from new and untapped sources.

Wine REvolution is IBG's Direct-to-Trade Marketplace. It is a first-of-its-kind online sales marketplace in which our winery partners are provided access to new trade accounts in 12 states, via the Wine REvolution website. Wine REvolution is a vibrant marketplace which connects retailers and restaurateurs with specialty wines not typically available to them, affording the creation of a more intimate connection between the producer, the retailer and restaurateur.
